cuan88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Indonesian Members:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. cuan88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and the completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. cuan88 targets withdrawal processing within 1–3 business hours for verified Accounts, though bank processing times may extend this window.
All transactions on the cuan88 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to your Account balance. Any conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are outside cuan88's control and remain your responsibility.
cuan88 monitors all financial transactions for indicators of fraud, money laundering, and suspicious activity. We reserve the right to delay, freeze, or decline any transaction where such indicators are detected, pending further investigation. Members found to have engaged in fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity will have their Accounts permanently closed and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that particular offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused or unmet bonuses will expire automatically.
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. Sports betting wagers, live casino table bets, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution table for each active promotion is published on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards Wagering Requirements.
cuan88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other users to arbitrage promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and may be permanently closed.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money winnings that exceed the Wagering Requirement threshold — as calculated by the Platform — are eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds that include unconverted Bonus Funds will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
cuan88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are accepted subject to the availability of sufficient funds in your Account at the time of placement. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a corresponding transaction entry in your Account history.
In the event that odds, lines, or game outcomes are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human error, cuan88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the Member's Account. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the settlement of the event.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure service continuity, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Nothing in this clause limits cuan88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Verified real-money funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed.
Upon termination or closure of your Account — for whatever reason — any and all licences granted to you under these Terms & Conditions shall immediately cease.
